Bultum Academy is a charter school in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, serving students in PreK-8. We are looking for an experienced educator who wants to join us in building an enriching, welcoming, and student-centered environment for students and families. Our class sizes typically range from 15 to 25 students. The school’s mission emphasizes meeting students’ academic and social-emotional needs through a strong learning environment, family partnership, and a focus on helping students grow into confident, capable learners.

You will be supported by a collaborative leadership team that includes our Executive Director, Assistant Director, and Instructional Coach.
Responsibilities:
- Implement curriculum across all subject areas.
- Collaborate with the instructional coach and other staff members to strengthen your practice.
- Maintain regular contact with families.
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
Job Type:
Full-time, Contract.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
